1 box lemon cake mix with pudding
1 egg
2 1/4 c. whipped topping
Confectioners' sugar

Mix cake mix, whipped topping, and egg. Mix on medium speed until blended. Batter will be sticky. Drop by teaspoons into confectioners' sugar. Roll lightly to coat. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until light brown. Yield: 5 to 6 dozen.
