BAKED POTATOES 
2 lb. bag frozen hash browns
1/4 lb., butter, melted
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic salt or garlic clove, chopped
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 c. cornflakes, crushed

Save out the Parmesan and cornflakes. Mix the rest together in a bowl and put into a baking dish 9x11 inches. Sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese and cornflakes. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
