CAJUN CABBAGE 
1/2 head cabbage, chopped in bite size
1 1/4 c. raw rice
1 lb. ground beef
1 green bell pepper
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can cajun tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (8 oz.) can water
1/4 c. onion
1 tsp. sugar

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Brown ground beef; chop onion and pepper. Add to ground beef; salt and pepper to taste. Cook all until vegetables are tender. Add all other ingredients and stir well. Place in greased casserole dish, cover and bake 1 hour at 375 degrees.

HINTS: This recipe is best made with Rotel tomatoes.
