CAJUN CHICKEN BREASTS 
1/3 c. butter
2 tsp. parsley flakes
4 skinned boneless chicken breast halves
4 tsp. cajun or Mexican flavor bouillon

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In 12"x7" baking dish, melt butter in oven; stir in parsley. Dip chicken in butter mixture; sprinkle evenly with bouillon. Bake 45 minutes or until tender. Yield: 4 servings.
