MARY BUFORD'S TURKEY BALL 
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 c. chopped turkey (cooked)
3/4 c. toasted chopped almonds
1/2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
2 tbsp. chutney relish
1 tbsp. curry powder
1/4 tsp. salt

Mix all together and form into ball. Roll in chopped parsley.
