CHICKEN ITALY 
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Milk
Progresso Italian bread crumbs
Olive oil
Mozzarella cheese
Parmesan cheese
16 oz. canned marinara sauce

Pound chicken breasts until flat. Dip chicken breasts in milk and then cover with bread crumbs. Brown chicken breasts in olive oil over medium heat.

Place chicken breasts in greased shallow baking dish. On each breast put a nice piece of Mozzarella cheese (large enough to almost cover chicken). Pour marianara sauce over chicken. Bake for 15 minutes in 325 degree oven. Then sprinkle about 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese over chicken and bake 10 minutes more.
