PIZZA QUICHE 
1 (9-inch) deep-dish pie shell, unbaked
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 ripe tomatoes, seeded and diced
1/2 c. pepperoni, diced
1/2 tsp. oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. heavy cream

Combine cheeses, pepperoni, tomatoes, oregano, salt and pepper and fill pie shell with the mixture. Beat eggs and whip cream, blend together and pour over cheese mixture. Bake in 350 degree oven 35-45 minutes or until golden brown.
