MOCK LASAGNA | |
1 (10 oz.) pkg. broad lasagna noodles, broken into bite-size 1 lb. ground beef 1/2 lb. Italian sausage 1 onion, chopped 12 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded 1 (12 oz.) carton cottage cheese 2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste 1/2 c. water 1 tsp. basil 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 1/2 tbsp. dried parsley flakes 1 clove garlic, minced Cook noodles according to box directions, drain. Brown beef and sausage; drain. Grease crockpot then put in all ingredients. Stir to mix thoroughly. Cover, cook on LOW 7 to 9 hours (HIGH 3 to 5 hours). |
