Caramel Chocolate Chip Cookies

Taste is a definite 5 stars... they are VERY tasty!

It was pretty easy to mix up; however, after baking, the caramel bits make it impossible to get the cookies off of a cookie sheet. If you're baking this for your family and they don't care how they look, go ahead. If making them for a party or something where you're worried about presentation, then find another recipe or maybe even use this one and put the caramel on the top after spooning out the individual cookies.
