MEAT LOAF ITALIAN STYLE 
1/4 c. oil
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. ground pork
1 clove garlic, minced
8 sprigs parsley, finely chopped
4 eggs
4 slices dry bread, soaked in water
3/4 c. grated and squeeze Romano cheese
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 hard cooked eggs

Mix all ingredients except hard cooked eggs in a bowl. Grease a loaf pan. Shape half the mixture into oblong or oval shape in the loaf pan. Arrange hard cooked eggs lengthwise down the center.

Oil your hands and cover eggs completely with remaining meat. Smooth meat with oiled hands. Bake at 375 degree oven for 1 hour.
