CHICKEN NOODLE BAKE 
1/2 of 1 lb. pkg. of egg noodles
3 tbsp. butter
1 c. celery
1/4 c. onion
1/4 c. diced carrots
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. milk
2 c. Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. diced chicken or turkey
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 can crushed diced onions

Prepare noodles, drain. Melt butter in saucepan. Add onion, celery, and carrots and cook until tender. Add soup, milk, and cheese. Stir until cheese melts. Combine noodles and cheese sauce, add the chicken or turkey, salt and pepper. Pour into a 3 quart casserole. Top with dried onions. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
