CHICKEN AND NOODLE BAKE 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. noodles, cooked
2 c. diced chicken, cooked
1 c. mushrooms, sliced
1/4 c. grated cheese, mild cheddar
1 pimento, chopped (small can)
2 c. milk
1 c. chicken broth
5 tbsp. flour
5 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. bread crumbs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Make sauce of butter, flour, broth and milk. Add cheese, stir until melted. Add noodles, chicken, mushrooms and pimento to the sauce and stir until mixed. Place in greased 2 quart casserole and put on bread crumbs and bake 30 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
