CABBAGE BUNDLES 
1 head cabbage
1/2 lb. ground chicken (fresh is best), I use the fresh frozen ground turkey
1 c. cooked rice
1 onion, minced
2 tbsp. cooking oil
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup

Remove core from cabbage and put in kettle of boiling water until leaves wilt as you would cabbage rolls. If you prefer saute onions in oil first.
