COOKIE SHEET CHOCOLATE CAKE 
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1/2 c. oil
1 stick butter
1 c. water
4 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Sift together sugar and flour. In a saucepan bring to boil the oil, butter, water and cocoa. Pour over flour mixture while still hot. Add buttermilk, beaten eggs, soda and vanilla. Bake in large cookie sheet for 20 minutes. While cake is baking, make frosting.

FROSTING:

1 stick butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. milk
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nut meats

Combine above except nuts and cook over low heat for about 10 minutes. Add nuts to mixture just before removing frosting. Frost cake while both are HOT. Let cake cool.
