SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 (1 lb., 1 oz.) cans yams, slice
Apricot halves (1 lb., 1 oz.), slicec. pecan halves
Buttered dish

SAUCE:

Juice from apricots (1 c.)
1 1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. orange juice or peel
2 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/8 tsp. cinnamon

Cook until thickened. Pour over yam mix. Heat through for 1 hour at 300 degrees.
