RHUBARB PIE 
2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
3 beaten eggs
4 c. chopped rhubarb
4 tbsp. flour
3/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. brown sugar
2/3 c. rolled oats
4 tbsp. butter

Mix sugar, eggs, rhubarb, nutmeg, salt and flour in a large bowl. Pour into bottom pie crust. Mix brown sugar and rolled oats into butter. Crumble on top of filling. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake for 40 minutes.
