MACARONI CHEESE DELUXE 
1 (7 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni (1 3/4 or 2 c.)
2 c. sm. curd cream style cottage cheese
1 c. dairy sour cream
1 slightly beaten egg
3/4 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
8 oz. sharp process American cheese, shredded (2 c.)
Paprika

Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain well. Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, egg, salt and pepper. Add shredded cheese, mixing well; stir in the cooked macaroni. Turn into a greased 9"x9"x2" baking dish. Sprinkle with paprika, bake in moderate oven, 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
