PEACH DELIGHTS 
12 dried peach halves
1 1/2 c. water
2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
1 c. butter, softened
1 c. sugar
2 egg yolks
1 tsp. almond extract
1 tsp. orange extract
Confectioners sugar (optional)

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Combine peaches and water in saucepan. Bring to boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, 12 minutes. Drain well. Cool.

Chop peaches and toss with flour. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Blend in egg yolks and extracts. Gradually mix in flour-peach mixture.
