NANA'S SPECIAL PINEAPPLE CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges with juice
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
1 (22 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 (6 oz.) box instant vanilla pudding
1 lg. tub Cool Whip

Mix cake mix, oil and oranges with juice. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating after each one. Pour batter into 2 (9") greased cake pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes or until tests done. Cool.

Combine pineapple with juice, pudding mix and whipped topping. Spread between layers and over cake. Refrigerate until ready to serve and any left overs.
