MOUND CAKE 
1 box chocolate cake mix with pudding in it
1 c. evaporated milk
1 c. sugar
24 lg. marshmallows
14 oz. bag coconut

FROSTING:

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 stick butter
1 (12 oz.) bag chocolate chips
1 sm. bag pecans

Prepare mix as directed on the box. Pour into two 9 x 13 inch pans and bake 20 minutes. Bring 1 cup evaporated milk and 1 cup sugar. Stir in 24 large marshmallows until melted add a 14 ounce bag of coconut. Spread over cakes while warm.

Frosting: Bring 1 cup sugar and 1/2 cup evaporated milk and 1 stick butter. Bring to a boil and add 1 (12 ounce) bag of chocolate chips until melted. Spread over coconut mixture. Top with almonds or pecans, if desired. Refrigerate until frosting sets. Serve cold.
