1 box chocolate cake mix
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. milk
24 lg. marshmallows (1 lg. bag)
1 lg. bag coconut
1 box chocolate icing mix (or 1 can chocolate frosting)

Prepare cake mix according to package directions. Bake in two 9-inch round pans or in one 13 x 9-inch pan. Mix sugar, milk and marshmallows; cook until marshmallows melt, then add coconut. Spread over cake while cake is still warm. Prepare icing mix; spread over top of coconut mixture.
