MOUND CAKE 
1 chocolate cake mix
1 c. mayonnaise
3 eggs
1 c. water

BOTTOM LAYER: Mix cake mix, mayonnaise, eggs, water, blend at low speed until moist. Then blend at medium speed for 2 minutes. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.

FILLING LAYER:

24 lg. marshmallows
1 (14 oz.) bag coconut
1 c. sugar
1 c. milk

FILLING LAYER: About 5 minutes before the cake is done; combine in a pan the marshmallows, coconut, sugar and milk. Heat until marshmallows are melted. Pour over cake as soon as it comes out of the oven. Then prepare immediately the frosting.

FROSTING:

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
5 tbsp. butter
1 c. chocolate chips

Melt in a saucepan and boil for 1 minute the sugar, milk and butter. Remove from heat and add chocolate chips. Spread on cake while hot.
