PETER PAUL MOUND CAKE 
1 super moist chocolate cake fudge mix
24 lg. marshmallows
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 (12 oz.) can Milnot
1 (14 oz.) pkg. Angel Flake Coconut
1 stick butter
1 1/2 c. chocolate chips

Bake cake according to package directions on a jelly roll pan; cool;

Cook together marshmallows, 1 cup sugar and 1 cup Milnot. Stir in coconut and pour on cake.

In 1/2 cup Milnot melt 1 stick butter, 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips and 1 1/2 cups sugar. Spread over top of cake. Very rich.
