1 box Devil's food cake mix

Bake as directed in oblong pan.

MIDDLE ICING:

1 stick butter
1 c. milk
14 oz. coconut
1 c. sugar
20 lg. marshmallows
1 tsp. vanilla

Cook milk, sugar and butter about 10 minutes. Add marshmallows; stir until smooth. Add vanilla. Take off stove and stir in coconut. (Nuts can be added.) Cool. Spread on cake.

ICING:

1 box powdered sugar
1 pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 stick butter, melted

Mix with milk to desired thickness. Cover cake with topping over coconut mixture.
