1 chocolate cake mix
1 c. sugar
1 c. milk
24 lg. marshmallows
1 (14 oz.) pkg. coconut
1 can chocolate icing

Prepare cake mix according to package and divide dough in two 9x13 inch pans. Combine and heat remaining ingredients until they melt. Let cool. Spread between layers. Frost with favorite icing.
