BROCCOLI SALAD | |
1 pkg. (4 serving size) sugar free Jello (lime or lemon flavor) 1 c. boiling water 1 pkg. (10 oz.) chopped broccoli, cut in sm. pieces 2 tsp. minced onion 1/2 c. lowfat cottage cheese 2 tbsp. mayonnaise 2 tsp. prepared mustard Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add broccoli and onion; stir until broccoli thaws and separates. Add cottage cheese, mayonnaise and mustard. Pour into individual dishes or bowl. Chill until set. Makes 3 cups or 6 servings. |
