MOM'S FAVORITE RHUBARB PIE 
3 c. rhubarb cut into 1 inch pieces
2 tbsp. flour
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs, beaten

Put rhubarb in an unbaked pie shell. Mix flour, sugar, nutmeg and eggs. Pour over rhubarb. Put on top crust and bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Then lower heat to 325 degrees and bake for about 25 to 30 minutes.
