CHOCOLATE DELIGHT 
2 sticks butter, melted
2 c. self-rising flour
1 c. chopped nuts
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
12 oz. Cool Whip
1 lg. pkg. chocolate pudding
3 c. milk

To make 1st layer: Mix 2 sticks butter (melted), 2 cups self-rising flour and 1 cup chopped nuts all all together in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees about 20 minutes or until light brown. Let cool.

To make 2nd layer: Mix 1 (8 ounce) package of cream cheese, 2 1/2 cups confectioners sugar and 12 ounce Cool Whip (use only 2/3 Cool Whip on this layer) all together and spread on cooled crust. Refrigerate this at least 30 minutes.

To make 3rd layer: Mix 1 large package chocolate pudding and 3 cups milk. Spread on 2nd layer. Allow chocolate to refrigerate and become firm. Top with remaining Cool Whip.
