TACO SALAD 
1 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. salsa
Dash of hot sauce (optional)
1 (15 oz.) can drained kidney beans
1 head lettuce
1 (12 oz.) shredded cheese
1 avocado
1 large tomato
1 small onion
1 can black olives
1 (16 oz.) tortilla chips, smashed

Brown beef and add salsa, hot sauce and kidney beans. Simmer for 10 minutes. Add all the rest of ingredients to a very large bowl and pour 1 (8 ounce) bottle french dressing over top. Toss and enjoy.
