CHEESE DANISH 
2 pkgs. crescent rolls
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
3 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. sugar
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg, separated
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Grease 9 x 13 inch cake pan (preferably glass). Roll out 1 package of roll dough; pat into pan. Mix cream cheese, 3/4 cup sugar, egg yolk, lemon juice, and vanilla. Spread on dough. Place 2nd package or roll on top.

Mix egg white, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla, 1/3 cup sugar, and cinnamon. Mix with fork. Spread on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
