BAKED RICE PUDDING 
1 qt. milk
4 tbsp. uncooked white rice
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter

Combine all ingredients and pour into a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake in a slow oven, 325 degrees, for 2 1/2 hours or until rice is tender, stirring occasionally. Serves 6. Top with Mocha Mix or Dream Whip.
