CHERRY CRUNCH DESSERT 
1 can cherry pie filling
1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. oats
1 c. brown sugar, not packed
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. softened butter

Combine flour, oats, brown sugar, soda, and salt in large bowl. Mix well. Cut in butter and blend until particles are small and uniform. Put half of crumb mixture into 9x9x2 inch glass baking dish. Cover crumb layer evenly with pie filling. Sprinkle remaining crumb mixture over filling. Bake in microwave about 15 minutes. Turn dish every 5 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
