TEXAS SHEET CAKE 
Cake:

2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup water
2 cubes butter
4 tablespoons cocoa
2 eggs
1/2 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon baking soda

Sift together flour, sugar, and salt. Bring to a light boil, the water, butter and cocoa. Add eggs, sour cream and baking soda. Combine with the flour mixture and mix well. Pour into a 10 1/2 X 18 X 1 inch cookie sheet and bake in a 400°F oven for 20 minutes.

Frosting:

1 cube butter
4 tablespoon cocoa
6 tablespoons milk
1 box powdered sugar
1 cup chopped nuts

Bring to a light boil, the butter, cocoa and milk. Remove from stove and add the powdered sugar and nuts. Beat well and pour over cake as soon as it is removed from the oven.
