SOGGY RHUBARB CRUNCH 
5 c. rhubarb
2 c. sugar
1 egg
1 yellow cake mix
4 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 sticks butter

Mix rhubarb, sugar, flour and egg together. Spread in 9x12 pan. Sprinkle dry cake mix over mixture in pan, then cut butter over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
