BLUEBERRY DESSERT 
4 c. blueberries
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. sugar
2 sm. grape Jello
13 oz. can crushed pineapple
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix first 3 ingredients; cook until thick. Drain pineapple juice in measuring cup (mix Jello and pineapple) and finish out with water. Also 1 more cup of hot water dissolved and add to berry mixture. Put in refrigerator to chill. Then mix cream cheese, sour cream, 1/2 cup sugar and vanilla. Spread on berry mixture and return to refrigerator until ready to serve.
