CHICKEN STRIPS IN GARLIC AND
BUTTER SAUCE
 
2 lb. boneless chicken breasts
1 c. flour
1 c. butter
Salt and pepper
Garlic powder
2 cloves garlic, minced
Parsley
1 can condensed chicken broth

Cut chicken into strips. Put salt, pepper, garlic powder, and then flour into a plastic bag. Place chicken in the bag and shake until well coated. Saute chicken in 1/2 cup butter.

While sauteing chicken, put minced garlic, and remaining butter in a baking dish. Place chicken in the dish, and pour broth over it. Sprinkle with parsley. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve over rice.
