LASAGNA 
1 lg. pkg. dry spaghetti mix (Schelling or Lawry's)
1 lb. hamburger
1 egg
1 box lasagna noodles
1 (12 oz.) container Ricotta cheese
1 (16 oz.) ball Mozzarella cheese
2 plus tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Brown meat following directions on back of sauce mix. Simmer 25 minutes. Same time, boil water for noodles. Cook noodles according to directions on box. While sauce is simmering, grate Mozzarella cheese and beat egg into Ricotta cheese with 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese; set aside. Drain noodles and run cold water over them. Spread 1/2 cup sauce over bottom of 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Place 3 to 4 noodles over bottom. Spread 1/2 Ricotta mixture on noodles. Cover with 1/3 of sauce; sprinkle with grated cheese (1/3) and Parmesan. Repeat. Pour remaining sauce over top layer of noodles and remaining cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool 5 minutes before serving.
