CASHEW CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
4 (3 oz.) cans chow mein noodles
2 cans liquid (broth, stock or milk)
3-4 c. cooked chicken, cubed
1 c. minced onion
4 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 lb. salted cashews
4 c. diced celery

Combine all ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour in a large greased casserole dish. Serves 20.
