CASHEW CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
Saute in 1 tablespoons of butter:

1 tbsp. onion
1/2 c. celery

(May use up to 1/4 cup onions, if desired.) Add:

1 can mushroom soup
1/3 c. chicken broth
1 tbsp. soy sauce
3 drops Tabasco sauce
Black pepper to taste

Add:

2 to 3 c. cooked, cubed chicken
1 sm. can drained mushrooms

Simmer in pan for 5-10 minutes. Put in casserole dish and top with 1 cup chow mein noodles and 1/2 to 1 cup cashews. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
