MEDITERRANEAN BEEF AND NOODLES 
1 lb. ground steak, cut in strips
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp. butter
1 c. onion, sliced
Egg noodles, cooked
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. flour
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dillweed
1 c. ripe olives, sliced

Saute meat and garlic. Add onions and cook until tender. Keep warm. In saucepan, combine flour and mayonnaise. Gradually add milk. Stir over low heat until thick. Stir in seasonings. Remove 1 cup sauce. Stir remaining sauce and olives into cooked egg noodles. Spoon onto platter - top with meat and then remaining sauce.
