PUMPKIN CAKE 
2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
1 cup oil
4 eggs
1 1/2 cup pumpkin
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
dash of salt

Icing:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 stick butter
2 tsp. vanilla
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 cup chopped nuts

Mix sugar, oil and eggs; mix well. Stir flour, salt, soda and cinnamon together. Add dry mixture to sugar mixture. Add pumpkin.

Mix well and pour into a greased 9 x 13 pan and bake at 350°F for 35 minutes. Cool.

Soften cream cheese and butter. Add sugar, vanilla and nuts. Mix well. Spread onto cake.
