TORTILLA CHIP DIP 
1 (16 oz.) sour cream
1 med. cucumber, chopped finely
1 med. onion, chopped finely
1 (16 oz.) jar Picante sauce
1 (16 oz.) can black olives (opt.), sliced
1 (8 oz.) bag shredded cheddar cheese

Mix together except sauce and cheese. Spread in shallow dish. Top with Picante sauce, olives and cheddar cheese in that order. Dip with tostada chips or white corn deli chips. Keep refrigerated.
