TORTILLA CHIP DIP 
1 lb. pkg. sausage, crumbled, cooked and drained
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes

I used hot sausage and regular Ro-Tel, and it is pretty spicy. You can adjust the heat with the tomatoes and sausage.

Brown sausage and drain well. While still hot, stir in cream cheese and Ro-Tel tomatoes. You can keep this warm in small crock-pot, on a warming tray or just on the stove on low. Serve with tortilla chips or your choice of crackers, etc.

Number of Servings: A good amount for a party of 12 or so. Preparation Time: 10 minutes.
