DEEP-DISH PIZZA 
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
8 tsp. reduced-calorie butter
2 eggs
2/3 c. low-fat cottage cheese
1/2 c. tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
4 oz. Mozzarella cheese
1 tbsp. grated Parmesan or Romano cheese

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

In a medium bowl, combine flour and baking powder. Add butter and cut in with a pastry blender or fork until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
