FRAN'S SPAGHETTI CASSEROLE 
2 lb. ground beef
1 sm. chopped onion
1 med. chopped pepper
32 oz. can tomatoes
16 oz. can tomato paste
Salt & pepper to taste
Pinch of oregano
10 oz. tomato soup
1/4 lb. canned mushrooms
16 oz. spaghetti
1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated

Brown meat with onion and green pepper. Add tomatoes and tomato paste. Add 1/2 tomato paste can full of water. Add seasonings. Simmer 20-30 minutes. Cook spaghetti and add.

To mixture add 3/4 of the cheese. Put in casserole dish. Put rest of cheese on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Make the day before and cook the next day.
