2 cucumbers (peeled and sliced)
1 sm. onion, sliced
1/2 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. dill weed
1 tsp. Beau Monde
1 tsp. pepper

Mix together and let stand in refrigerator one hour.
