COBB SALAD 
1 med. head lettuce, coarsely broken
2 c. coarsely chopped watercress leaves
3 hard boiled eggs, quartered
1/2 lb. cooked bacon, crumbled
2 med. avocados, peeled, pitted and sliced
2 1/2 c. cooked, cut up chicken
1 tsp. chopped chives

Combine all ingredients in bowl and mix lightly. Garnish with tomato wedges and serve with Peppy French dressing.
