"SOUP FOR THE HEART" 
1 head of green cabbage, shredded
2 lg. cans stewed tomatoes
5 lg. onions, diced
10 stalks celery, diced
5 carrots, diced
6 beef bouillon cubes
3 cloves of fresh garlic, diced

Prepare all of the above ingredients and put into a large pot. Cover all the vegetables with water and boil for 2 hours. NOTE: You may choose to add any other fresh vegetable you like.
