3 tbsp. butter, softened
1/4 c. Hershey's cocoa
1 1/3 c. confectioners' sugar
2-3 tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla

In small mixer bowl combine all ingredients. Beat to spreading consistency. About 1 cup frosting.
