COCOA BUTTER FROSTING 
1/3 c. soft butter
1/3 c. cocoa
2 c. powdered sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. milk

Soften butter. Combine ingredients in mixing bowl. Beating until smooth. If frosting is too thick, add 1 tablespoon of milk at a time until it becomes smooth and easy to spread.
